The Valencia Clubhouse

The Valencia Homeowner's Association Clubhouse is located at 13103 El Sendero. It has a two room clubhouse, newly renovated kitchen, covered patio, and a lovely outdoor landscaped area. The Valencia Homeowner's Association(VHOA) consists of homes of residents in the Valencia subdivision. In addition, members are welcome from outside these two areas to join the VHOA.
