University Hills Neighborhood
University Hills Neighborhood History
University Hills was the first of the Las Colinas Villages to be developed. The neighborhood was developed around a true master plan that provided for a lot of open space and is a truly a walkable neighborhood. Most houses in the neighborhood were built in the mid 1960's and 1970's. However, there are a number of newer homes in the neighborhood making a healthy mix of housing diversity.
