The Village at Black Rock Hills
is a community of 149 homes located in
Lake Stevens, Snohomish County, Washington.
It is built on the uniques concept of six neighborhoods or "Villages" with a small number of homes in each Village, with a native growth protected area with its trees, plants, vines, and other native foliage running through it.
