The simple message here is that these ''alleged'' criminals are free and are ''allegedly'' capable of raping or killing again. We believe they are ''allegedly'' dangerous! Mark is a ticking time bomb known to be controlled by his wife, Penny, who may have pushed him to do this crime, assisting him in planning, carrying out the crime, and covering it up. They both remain free to wander through your stores, your parks, your schools, and your streets. Will your spouse, parent, sibling, or child be safe?

The coroner report and the police report conflict. The family is working on obtaining a Court Order for the exhumation of the victim's body in order to gather evidence in support of the facts brought to light through paranormal activity. Our family believes there was foul play and that the police were negligent in their duties in failing to investigate this case at all. The police department merely believed the words of the ''alleged'' perpetrator and dropped the case, all due to the ''alleged'' perpetrator's in this case being the victim's son and daughter-in-law.
