Special Board of Directors (BOD) Meeting Minutes: 7 June, 2007, 7:30pm
at the Kennedy's home 37393 Whitacre Lane, Purcellville, VA

The special meeting was called to order by Shyla Kennedy at 7:35pm.
Shyla declared a quorum of board members were present (5 out of 5).

MOTIONS APPROVED: The board unanimously approved contracting with Haines to repair the roads

IN ATTENDANCE:
Joe Bullock(BOD), Kelly Dipippa (BOD), Shyla Kennedy (BOD-presiding), Alan Lee (BOD), Liz Tuohy(BOD). [5 homes represented, 5 people present]

DISCUSSIONS

1. Road Maintenance - The board requested and received an additional
quote from Stewart Seal Coating for repairing the roads. Stewart's
estimate was $6000 to repair the cracks and seal the roads (although we
did not request sealing). Mr. Haines' original estimate was $2400 to repair cracks in 12 locations. The board decided to stay with Mr. Haines. ACTION - Tracy Aitcheson contact Haines to confirm our quote and schedule road repairs.

2. Bush-hogging and corner maintenance - The board received a request to schedule our spring cutting. Mr. Furr plans to bush-hog the designated common areas on 13 June. We also plan to trim the wild trees near the stop sign on Whitacre in order to provide a clearer line of site south.

3. Request for above-ground pool -Kelly Dipippa requested board approval to install an above ground pool. The size is estimated to be 33 feet long by 19 feet wide and will include an attached fence. She plans for it to be placed in the open area where here swing set is located. Kelly indicated she will plant evergreen shrubs around the base. The board is considering the request.

An executive board session was also convened and the meeting ended at 8:30pm.

The next BOD Meeting is planned for 25 July 2007 at the Dipippa's home.
