Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting address is in the Hampden Library. Location: E.Girard. P lease call TLC (933-7300) the day of the meeting to verify there is a quorum so the meeting can be held.
Homeowners who wish to address the board, should contact Gygnetha Swofford, our property manager (933-7300) at least one week prior to the meeting so your topic may be placed on the meeting agenda and time allotted.
