Does anyone know what the actual street boundaries of Sylvan Park are? As property values go up, they seem to stretch.... I once thought it was Charlotte/37th/the street that Geny's is on/and 51st. Saw a house today on Normany in SylvanParkHomes.com and I'm SURE it doesn't go that far. Just curious. (Knowing that it's the CSX Railroad on the west and south doesn't mean much to me)

Sylvan Park Boundaries
Hi Katie. I live on 38th Ave. and to my knowledge the Sylvan Park boundaries are anything left of Murphy Rd heading away from West End and around 46th to Charlotte. I know some people advertise homes that aren't in the boundaries but they want the Sylvan Park name attached to the property...even if it doesn't belong. I hope this helps. Thanks, Bobby Harrell |
