Sunset Meadows

Sunset Meadows' CC&Rs

The board will be reviewing the CC&R (Codes, Covenants, and Restrictions) to determine any changes necessary and will be bringing changes to a vote by all members in the fall. We need a 75% affirmative (yes) vote to make any necessary changes.

The board will be determining action to take on homes currently in violation of CC&Rs. Homes in violation are legally responsible to complete any requested work by the date specified, or work will be completed at the expense of the homeowner, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

As members of the Homeowners Association we have a legal responsibility by living in this neighborhood to follow the CC&R's. If the CC&R's are not acceptable then we need to change them. Any homeowner in this neighborhood may choose to legally enforce any of the CC&R's at any time.

The board has a legal responsibility to enforce these Covenants and will take legal action, if determined necessary.


About our association

Sunset Meadows HOA:

The Homeowners Association is the cornerstone of Sunset Meadow's community. We strive to bring continuity and order to our community, preserve the architectural integrity, and maintain the common areas. We encourage a "community" concept that will aide in protecting our neighborhood's property values.

Living in Sunset Meadows requires membership in the Homeowners Association. With membership comes certain maintenance obligations, financial responsibilities, and a commitment to abide by use restrictions and other rules of the association. To a certain degree, living here necessitates individual conformity for the good of the whole.

Volunteers always accepted:

There are many different opportunities to get involved in our neighborhood. We are hoping to continuously build those opportunities through volunteers like you.

Safe Street Leader

We also accept bids from residents on projects that need to be completed, in order to keep costs down and notariety up for our residents. If you are skilled enough to help complete septic, electrical, engineering, playground or any other repairs, please let us know.

Common Areas:

We have a common park available for all of our residents to use and will be working to improve the park even more this summer. We also have approx. 3 acres of common area.
