I would like addtional info on the proposed development at the Willow Creek Racquet Club. I know there is a City Council meeting on August 9 where it will be discussed. Is that the time the Council will vote the project up or down?

I know Sixells dropped number of homes from 56 to 46. I am a proponent of in-fill rather than building huge developments on undeveloped land. However 46 seems like a lot. Worried about increased traffic. I would like to know how many homes would make sense on this particular parcel?
