Sunny Slope Crossing Home Owners Association

Turned over to the home owners in late 2007, the HOA's mission is to protect and serve Sunny Slope Crossing neighbors, enhancing and improving our diverse neighborhood, and growing community interaction.

Key Highlights of the HOA Objectives (as detailed in the bylaws)

I. Maintain resident rights by enforcing bylaws and ensuring all residents enjoy neighborhood benefits and are treated equally
II. Ensure that neighborhood is adequately maintained by establishing a budget to provide for the care, upkeep, and maintenance of all common areas
III. Designating and hiring personnel necessary for item II
IV. Collecting association dues and maintaining detailed and accurate reports of expenditures, and communicate to residents
V. Enhance neighborhood through ongoing improvements to processes and beautification projects
