Summitview Woods Association

I am interested in having a garage sale in April or May....we just moved on Shrockton Street last May so I have no idea how it works when neighborhoods try to schedule a multi-family sale. I would love to do this with other homes in the neighborhood and want to know how I go about this......please help or let me know if there is other interest :) Thanks!
