It is always sad to have a neighbor to move away from The Summit, but it is also good news that your home has sold in a reasonable time frame. That speaks well of our community. Please help your board of directors by. . .

Please leave your Declaration of Master Deed booklet for the new owners and pass along any other information pertinent to helping us keep good accurate records of who will be purchasing your home. This is one of the requirements you agreed to when you purchased your home.

Just a reminder. The board of directors has issued a revision to how, where and when "For Sale" signs may be posted on your property. At the Annual Meeting in December, 2007, the council voted to add an amendment to our Declaration of Master Deed giving residents authority to place "For Sale" signs on common areas outside their units. This amendment should be placed in the above-mentioned document and passed on to any subsequent owner.
