Welcome to Stonehaven!

Stonehaven is comprised of 47 homes with large, wooded lots. Our established, well maintained neighborhood began construction in 1986. Two cul de sacs offer  homes that are on John’s Creek and many homes whose yards view the beautiful, spring fed pond which is accessible to everyone via the amenities area.  

Amenity Features:

• Beautifully decorated clubhouse with a full kitchen, living/meeting area, 2 bathrooms with showers and a large covered cabana
• Newly renovated swimming pool with large surrounding deck which overlooks our spring fed pond

Stonehaven children can attend school systems that are rated among the highest in Georgia. They include: Northview High School, River Trail Middle School and Medlock Bridge Elementary School. Many private and Christian schools are also located close by.

Newsweek Magazine named eight Fulton County schools in its annual list of 1,500 top-ranking public high schools in the United States, Northview High School being #311.  
 
Like jogging, walking or biking? We are located less than a mile away from the John’s Creek Bike Path/Greenway which began construction in 2009..

Interested in golf or tennis memberships? There are many country clubs that offer non-resident memberships including nearby St. Ives Country Club.
