Stonegate At West Hills HOA

What's the plan for the new traffic light at Vally Circle and Ingamar ?? It is currently set on flashing red.
I have noticed an increase in agressive driving bahavior since this has been installed. Does anyone know when this is planned to be completed ?

I rarely drive as far North as Ingomar but during the summer there was a light put in at Valley Circle & Bell Canyoun replacing a stop sign, another stop sign just south of it at Highlander Rd was removed altogether. For a few weeks it dramatically improved traffic flow on Valley Circle but I'm guessing it annoyed some resident with friends in high places because it didn't last long and the light was set to flash red (stop sign) and the other sign was replaced.

Recently (as in the last 2 weeks) these changes were again reversed and traffic is moving again, hopefully this will last this time.
