I am not sure if the landscaping company has changed this year or if someone just really doesn't care about their job. The grass this year has rarely been cut and if it has been they have missed huge sections. On that same note, if you were to look at the retension ponds in the area you will find that the grass is over 2 ft high and the ponds are full of trash. This is the first year I have been utterly disappointed, not sure what's up!? Also, the park equipment in the area is completely run down and not being maintained.

Thank you for your comments.  The Stone Mill Maintenance Board is aware of the issue - unfortunately for us this year our Landscaper Company Lead became ill and incapacitated causing him to be unable to lead his team on-site.  Please join the Board with our continuous prayers for him to regain his strength towards recovery.  In the meantime, and now that we are at the beginning of fall - the Board has started with the contingency plan as established in our landscaping vendor contract.  The Board expects to see a difference within the next couple of weeks.  About the park equipment - there has been ideas spoken about changes needed in the playground area - important note - a community meeting and vote must first take place before a major change/enhancement can happen on community grounds, as well as fit into our budget. I am very sorry to hear about that, I will keep him and his family in my prayers. I did notice that someone came out to mow last week, I truly appreciate it. When are these meetings that you are talking about?! I would love to go, but I haven't received any notifications or seen any signs for them.
