first and formost where is the board. all the problem is happening on n. sherman in the picnic area. last week a gang of about 80 people congregated in the park area for a service. this is a private development with private open space belonging to the homeowners. when we dont have partication of the homeowners at meetings \which were held in the past and it dwindled to one or 2 participates this is the end result. Board did the best they could which is a voluntary position and I understand they need help with member voluntary., but information needs to be distributed as to what will not be tolterated or u could loose ur renters/homeowners rights.
Referring to the park area. I am in agreement take the picnic and the play area out. There is a rut-less segment of thugs drug dealers and cheap motel going on in the area. People have been seen coming out of the play area 5am in the morning from using it as a motel. We have witness the same hispanic girl with red hair and white skin with a black guy coming from the area with a blanket wrap around. It seems she is living in the development in the back somewhere of sherman. We as homeowners live in one of the better developments in bear and must get involved to keep it this way.The majority of the people using the area do not live in Stonemill.
