ASSOCIATION DUES ARE $50 PER HOUSEHOLD ANNUALLY

Steeple Chase Association Dues are due and payable in May 2008.
Payment covers the months January 2008 through January 2009.
Letters and remittance forms with envelopes were mailed out in April.

Be involved, be heard, pay your dues!

2006 and 2007 Association Dues

Association Dues for 2006 & 2007 were due on April 15, 2006 and April 15, 2007. Notices were mailed out to all households. Please pay association dues as you would any other bill. The association has had some difficulty collecting money from homeowners.

Please note that our bylaws state that interest may be charges for late payments. Following is a list of the addresses who have dues that should be paid immediately. We collected all but 6 of the households 2007 dues. The house with outstanding dues owed will have a lien placed on their home. If you feel your address is listed in error or for other questions about a bill you received please contact as at steeplechase_association@yahoo.com
