Steeplechase Assocaition

Steeplechase Association was established as an association in May 2002. We are an original subdivision of Crossmann Communities.

The land that our association was developed on used to be part of a large farm that boarded horses, hence the name Steeplechase.

Let's Grow Together!

Our association is growing more and more each day. Neighbors are helping neighbors and strengthening the bond that we have as a community! Let's grow together and make this a great place to call home!

Annual Events

Steeplechase Association has its annual meeting each Spring, usually in May. The meeting gives the residents an opportunity to ask questions or comment on neighborhood concerns. We often invite public officials to attend and address issues that affect our neighborhood.

Meetings are generally held at Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran located at 6318 W California Rd.

Neighborhood wide garage sale is held once a year in June. Steeplechase Association membership dues are used to pay for signs and advertising.

Steeplechase was developed in 1997. We are a large group of caring homeowners. Who strive daily to maintain and improve our neighboorhoods.

Our association is made up of homeowners of all ages, races & origins. We are proud of our community and the bonds that we have made as neighbors!
