St. Mary's Civic Assocation - Purpose

To preserve and develop the beauty of this community, to promote the general welfare of its members, and to encourage abiding friendship among all residents.

To protect and cherish the property rights of those in this area, giving special regard to care in planning and building said community.

To stimulate and to foster a strong feeling of civic pride and group participation among our residents for those things which strengthn the mutual ties of persons resideing and working together for the common good of the majority.
