Neighborhood Name Change Opinion Ballot

WHAT'S YOUR OPINION?

As mentioned in our September newsletter, there has been some interest expressed in changing our neighborhood designation from "Southmoor Gardens" to just "Southmoor". This would mean voting to change our neighborhood bylaws (a two-thirds majority vote is needed). To the left is a ballot form. Click on the image to enlarge the image. You can then print the form and use it. Up to two members of the household can cast a vote on this matter. If you have already received a ballot in the mail disregard this post.

Deadline - We would appreciate having the ballots returned by December 31 st, so that they can be tabulated in time to announce the outcome at our January meeting.
