General Information
Southmoor Gardens Neighborhood Association was organized in the Spring of 2001. The neighborhood is located south of 67th Street and north of 71Street between Metcalf and Lamar.

Real Property Information
The neighborhood is comprised enitrely of 329 single-family units. Of these units, 10% are renter-occupied. The mean home value is $152,940.
Regular Monthly Meetings
Regular monthly meetings are held in the Overland Park Community Center, Room 208 located at 6300 W. 87th Street. The meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the odd numbered months.
