2005 Neighborhood Picnic
The third time was a charm
After postponing the annual neighborhood picnic twice due to rain we finally were able to have the picnic Saturday June 19. It was a beautiful day for the event.
Something for everyone
The air castle was available for the children again this year. They also enjoyed playing with water balloons and frizbees. The mail event for the children, however, was the opportunity to see the firetruck and talk to the firemen.
The adults chose more subdued activties. Sitting in the shade in lawn chairs and eating hotdogs while getting acquainted with neighbors was more to their liking.
