Southern Plaza Homeowners Association
About SPHOA
Originally incorporated as Southern Plaza Club, Inc., our association has been in existence since June, 1966. The Assocition is a not for profit corporation representing those homeowners who are current residents of Blocks 1 through 12 of Southern Plaza Addition.
Vision
We strive to be a safe, stable, friendly and desirable neighborhood that values our responsibility to each other, our community and our neighborhood schools.
Mission Statement
Our mission as an association is:
§ to assure the beauty, safety, and stability of the area
§ to promote neighborliness and pride among the residents
§ to support the neighborhood schools
§ to form a base for representation in matters affecting the neighborhood and the community
