Have you ever heard of our sub-division referred to as "Pleasantville," or "Serenity Pointe?"

It is because other subdivisions aspire to be like us. We have great neighbors, nice amenities, low dues and great times.

I have completed the report that compares our subdivision (real estate values, SEV, amenities, etc.) with our surrounding subdivisions. If you are interested in receiving a summary of this report, please contact Ed Hawkinson.

Our volunteer sub-committees

The attached list shows all those that signed up for a sub-committee. These volunteers will help to gather information, quotes, and other relevant data for the board members to make intelligent decisions on issues such as road repair, curb repair, beautification, walking trails, and common area maintenance among others.
