Main Street Tucker Revitalization

The Main Street Tucker Alliance, a group of business owners, activists and community organizations, received $50,000 in homestead option sales tax funds July 30, 2001. The money will go toward a 1.5 million revitalizatoin of Main Street, including trees, a median, storefronts, utilities and other amenities.

About our association

Smithsonia Community

The Smithsonia Community is organized under the DeKalb County Neighborhood Watch program. The community meets annually with an Ice Cream party to celebrate the national Community Watch program.

Active Neighborhood Community

The neighborhood also features the Perennial Pals Garden Group, the Smithsonia Book Group and an Investment Club.
