About the Skyview South Homeowners' Association

Skyview South Homeowners' Association (SSHOA) is comprised of 148 homeowners. There are currently five members on the SSHOA Board of Directors.

If you are interested in serving on the Board, please attend the annual SSHOA meeting held in August. Self-nominations (otherwise known as volunteers) are accepted.

Board of Directors

The 2011-2012 Board of Directors include Tim Thayer and Frank Bloomfield. The other three Directors are currently holding a one year term of office. They are: Betsy Emond, President; A.J. Wegener, Vice President; Jack Harper, Secretary.

The President and VP are elected by the Board of Directors and must be Board Members. The Secretary and Treasurer are also elected by the Board, but do not have to be Board Members.

Board Members' duties include developing a community that is safe, harmonious and healthy.
