The topic is Recycling. What I have unfortunately discovered driving around our subdivision on Sunday evenings is the lack of recycling bins left in front of homes. I see 4 on my entire block (Sharon Lane) and it's the same 4 every week. WTF
Is it laziness, unawareness or just ignorance of the need to protect our environment. I know some people figure that they can't make a difference. PEOPLE we together can make a difference.
