About our association

Welcome to the Block

The association was formed along a basic line in 1983 and we have worked very hard to come as far as we have.

Our  annual Neighbors Night Out cookout is held in the Fall at Swatek Park, NW 30th and Youngs.  It is a great get together where we share wonderful food and fellowship.

Our Association currently meets on the first Tuesday of the even numbered months (example Feb,April,Jun,etc). Our news letters are published every other month and delieverd to all residents prior to the meeting. The Newsletter gives dates, times, and the place of the monthly meetings.

Whether we are home owners or renters, we all like to have as safe and pleasant surroundings as possible around our residences. The elderly, the children, and all those in between are healthier and happier when living in a neighborhood you can be proud to call home.

If you have not already joined in with us, we invite you to consider it.

What we do

The membership dues are $10.00 annual fee per person,  Jan 1 to Dec 31 of each year. This helps with the various paperwork, newsletters, and other expenses. You do not have to be a memeber of the Association to have the assistance of any of us. We are all in this together.

Why you should join.

If you have not already joined in with us, we invite you to consider it.  Plus you can make a difference by just being there and putting in your 2 cents.
