Mine went out just before 7 am. Was out until just before Noon. Then the phone did not work properly. Then out again for an hour or so. Then just before 7 PM uut again. Back around 8:30 PM and back out at 10 PM. Stayed out until around 2 am. Spectrum said still in an outage area.
I was watching Wheel of Fortune and it stopped working. I started to finish it around 10 PM and it goes out again. It literally took 3 times to watch a 30 minute show finishhing it at 6 am today.
CRAZY!
I chatted with spectrum they said they did not have reason for the outage, but if out 2 hours they will credit the full day. Plus they increased the last bill both internet and phone.
