Is it me, or are there other condo owners in Hidden Brook Farms who think the appearance of our development (grounds, roads, etc.)look like it is detoriating and going down hill fast. I would be interested in your comments.

Hi Bob,

It's been a very tough winter.  The asphalt took quite a beating, and so will be repaired this summer.  Meanwhile the snow plow damaged a lot of the grass, and that will need to be repaired as well (no charge for that, by the way.)

It's been gray and dismal for many months.  By June, I think you will be pleased with our appearance.

A rough winter?
I thought we had experts taking care of our grounds?
I see other condo complexes that look well maintained after a "rough winter".

Also, here we are in June and the roads still look rough.

When are we going to truly do some repairs on these roads instead of just patching a hole here in their?

It looks a whole lot better since the new mulch was put down. Now if they can fix around the mail boxes....
