Welcome to Rolling Hills

Rolling Hills was founded in 1995 and is located near Thorncreek Golf Course.

It's original designer was Alpert Homes of Colorado who then sold the development to Engle Homes who completed the project.

We have 307 homes owned and occupied by the owner, and 5 that are owned by people currently living outside of the development for a total of 312 homes in the Rolling Hills Sub-Division.

All units pay the same amount of Homeowner Dues/Fees. The monthly assessment for each unit/home is $29.00, collected in quarterly payments of $87.00.

Board Meetings

Board Meetings are held the second Thursday on the even months, February, April, June, August, October, December, with the annual meeting typically held in November. Board meetings are typically held at the Engle Homes Offices at 12000 Washington Street.
