TREASURERS REPORT

Danny Roth reported that 47 residents + 8 dock owners have paid their assessments. THANK YOU!! If you haven?’t paid please do so ASAP. To-date there is $7,629.76 in the general account & $7,513.72 in the dock account.

Tom Swicegood looked into our liability insurance & decided that we did need this policy. It was continued with Spickard Insurance..

DOCK REPORT

The docks are under water as of this writing. Due to the high water & dock damage we will post signs warning people to NOT go to the docks during Thunder.

Another work party consisting of Jeff Patton, Kenny Bradley, Ed Oechsli (& Jacob), & Steve Lindell used brute force to re-tie the broken dock in hopes of keeping it from floating away. They also used chain saws to cut-up several large trees that lodged themselves on top of the dock. Since the water has come up again this procedure, most likely, will need to be repeated.

Danny Roth said Turners is getting rid of some lounge chairs. He will get these for our pavilion.

NEW BUSINESS

STREET LIGHTS: Linda Patton is waiting for LG&E to return her call regarding the best location to put the street lights. The location will be at LG&E?’s discretion, however, will not be placed in resident?’s yards.

THANK YOU: A huge Thank You to Carlos Terrill who consistently keeps our entrances, river front & common areas weeded, cut & maintained.

MSD RUN-OFF: Due to many trees being cut-down on vacant lots there is a problem with run-off during rains. Linda Patton will call MSD regarding this problem. Anyone who would like to complain about this problem please call MSD & tell them that the ?“new construction is not complying with run-off.?” Hopefully this will get their attention & the problem will be corrected.

TROLLY TOUR: Sometime in July Ken Fleming & the Metro Council are sponsoring a Trolly Tour of the 7th District (our district). If you are interested in going on this tour reservations are required. Please e-mail Ken at ken.fleming@louisvilleky.gov to reserve your spot.

MAILERS: We have noticed that the inserts/mailers the Courier Journal delivers are blowing all over yards & streets. Please call the Courier & request they stop placing these circulars in your paper box.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:10 pm.
