Neighborhood Speed
At the recent July 4th, 2003 'free ice cream' giveaway sponsored by Charlie Tygard, Mr. Tygard indicated that if the board would submit a letter regesting a reduced speed for Riverside he could make a call and get it done.
What do you think the Speed should be? Our choice would be 15 or 20 miles per hour.
