Ridgeloch Neighborhood Association
The Ridgeloch Neighborhood Association charges a nominal annual dues of just $60, or $5 per month to benefit the entire community. Our modest annual dues pay for many shared services, including the following:
• Lighting at the entrance
• Maintenance of the grassy area in front of the brick wall that borders the neighborhood along Pineville-Matthews Road
• Unexpected neighborhood costs (i.e., repairs of items not covered by the city or county).
• Yard sale permits for the semi-annual community yard
• Hamburgers and hotdogs for the annual picnic
