REMINDER! Homeowners Dues payable January 1, 2007

INVOICE ~ Dues for 2007

Great News!! This year's dues will remain the same at $300 per household. Your homeowner dues help to cover the cost of maintaining/repairing the neighborhood pool, pond, and common areas, as well as neighborhood functions such as Mayfest, Oktoberfest and the Easter Egg Hunt.

This is a reminder that your homeowner's dues are payable by January 1, 2007. Checks should be made payable to the Ridge Pointe Homeowner's Association can be mailed or dropped off at the Treasurer's drop box located on the porch @ 10010 S. 86th E. Ave., Tulsa, OK 74133. Remember:
• Any payment past January 31 will receive a 1% late fee per month,
• Liens will be placed on homes if dues are not received by March 31, 2007.
