Homeowner''s Dues - LATE NOTICE (Text)

Late fees now apply.

2007 Homeowner’s Dues of $300 that were due by January 1, 2007 but not yet paid are still outstanding. The current amount owed as of February 1, 2007 (dues + interest of 1% per month after January 31, 2007) is $303.00.

Please remember that if we have not received payment or heard from you by March 31, 2007, a lien will be placed on your home in accordance with the Ridge Pointe Homeowner’s Association bylaws.
