Just a general question to anyone. What are 2 improvements you would like in the neighborhood?

2 Improvements

1. Fewer motels and auto dealers along colfax.

2. Sidewalks linking neighborhoods to Stapleton.

Natural Food Store

I would like to see a natural food store like Sunflower Market or if at all possible a Trader Joe's along Colfax. There really isn't a close natural food store in this neighborhood, Whole Foods in Cherry Creek or in Capital Hill seem to be the closest, but it would be great to have one withing walking distance like the King Soopers and Safeway.
Also less motels would be GREAT.

1. Quebec is a mess.  It gets backed up for blocks during rush hour from about 12th to Colfax on the south side and from Montview to Colfax on the North.  Something needs to be done about the congestion.

2. The speed limit on Colfax should be slowed down to a more pedestrian-friendly speed (try 30 mph instead of 35).  On that note, the speed limit on 17th should be slowed down to 30 mph (oh wait, it is 30).
