Renaissance Home Health Care, a private, not-for-profit home health care organization, takes pride in providing a cost effective program of appropriately managed health care delivered in the home setting. Certified for Medicare, Medicaid, BlueCross, most managed care organizations and private insurers, Renaissance also fulfills a strong commitment to charitable indigent patients.

About Our Services...

Renaissance Home Health Care's professional services are comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of home health professionals dedicated to excellence in their field. High standards for clinical experience combined with comprehensive orientation and training produce home health professionals able to meet the growing technological needs of the home care patient of the new millenium. The Renaissance professional works closely with the patient's physician to develop individual plans of treatment based on the patient's diagnoses, physical status and prognosis. Renaissance provides a full spectrum of home health services to patients throughout southeastern Michigan including:
* Nursing Services
* Social Work Services
* Therapy Services including speech, physical and occupational.
* Nutritionist Services

Charitable Care Services

In addition to our patients that are covered by insurance, Renaissance Home Health Care also cares for the indigent, uninsured population as well. Through the Distress Fund, Renaissance is able to provide home health services to the wide spectrum of patients from newborn to elderly.

Also, another charitable care program, The Children's Development Fund, provides care specifically for the uninsured moms and newborns of Metro-Detroit who would otherwise be unable to access medical care as a result of their financial situation. This program has helped to reduce the infant mortality rate in southeastern Michigan for the past 8 years. To the best of our knowledge, Renaissance is the only home health care organization that provides this care to indigent, uninsured mothers and babies.
