Rehoboth Bay Community is a ten minute drive from Rehoboth’s beaches, boardwalk, fine dining and quaint boutiques. Lewes Beach is a short 15 minute drive away. Rehoboth Bay MHP Community offers bay access for boats, kayaks, crabbing, a pool that overlooks the Bay, tennis and a large marina with slips or on ground storage. Boat slips are available on a first come first served basis and are approximately $1100 a year. On site management and maintenance provides a secure sense of community.

News from the Rehoboth Bay Tenants Association

The association would like to welcome our new owners, Hometown America, (HTA) and we look forward to a long and cooperative relationship. Together we can make Rehoboth Bay Community one of the most attractive communities in Delaware.
We wis to welcome all new residents to the Rehoboth Bay Community. We would love to have you as an association member. Our association meetings will be held on the following Saturdays: May 16, June 20, July 18, August 15 and September 19, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Port Delmarva clubhouse. Signs will be posted prior to each meeting. The dues will remain at only $10.00 per year. Please make your check payable to RBTA and send to: Mr. James Crowe, 21195 M Street, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971. Please include your lot number on the check. You may also pay your dues at the association meetings, or you may drop your dues (check only) at the community office. Please join early.
At our meetings we will again be holding a 50/50 so bring your dollars. We plan on using some of the proceeds of the 50/50 for charity work. Due to the generosity of our residents, we collected $560.00 for the DMHOA food drive. This fund raiser went to needy families within Sussex County in manufactured home communities. Within our own community, DMHOA gave us three huge food baskets which, we delivered through Caron to families here in RBC. The RBTA also donated three Walmart gift cards to these families. Thanks again to all of you who donated to this worthwhile cause.
We now have 124 e-mail addresses on our e-mail hotline, and this has been a great way to communicate with our residents over the winter months. If you have a neighbor who has e-mail, and they have not joined our e-mail hotline, tell them about our hotline and ask them to send their e-mail address to: mequinn333@aol.com or Louis.geibel@comcast.net.
