Regency Woods Blockwatch

I was wondering if a security camera strategically placed at the intersections where people tend to not stop would deter that behavior?  I have seen them in other neighborhoods.  I have not researched the effectiveness of this, but I thought I might throw the idea out there.

Another idea I saw was placing dogie-do-bag dispensers throughout the neighborhood.  I have mine on my dog's leash but it might benefit others.

My suggestion would be to use some of the funds to repair/replace the corner 3- board fences that used to mark the boundaries of Bellemeade. Most of the ones still standing (many are long gone) are in dire need of  attention. I think it's a shame that something distinctive about our neighborhood has almost disappeared...
