Darnall Likes Graffiti, well that might be the impression if you drove down Streamview Drive. I don't understand why people accept graffiti on their homes? I also don't understand why people pay money to construct fences that are vandalized and then cover the graffiti with mismatched paint? Someone explain this to me please.
