What do We do at our DCC Meetings - July 2005

Our agenda generally includes the following: A Call to Order and Welcome,
Minutes and Approval, Announcements, New/Old Business and Public Comments ?– 2 minute comments from neighbors on non-agenda items, Treasurer report and reports from our local police, local city and state representatives. The meetings are very informative and keep you in touch with your community! We often have guest speakers as well.
