The Raleigh Springs Mall! Get rid of it?

What should happen to the mall? Tear it down? Sell it? Reinvest? As you already know, the mall has lost some big clients in the past year and I don't know about you, but the mall really looks bad. Empty stores, vacant lots and Sears trying to hang in there. I don't think any other major retailer is going to take a chance. In my opinion, I think the mall should be demolished. The possibilities are endless as to what we can put in its place. A park, a small stadium that would host several sporting events(the mall is already the size of a small stadium anyway)or anything other than a dying mall!!. Lets talk about it. Hey, its in your neighborhood, so why not make a decision about it.

I got an email the other day that gangs are using the mall as an initiation area. On Saturdays they meet and either snatch a purse or try and steal a car. What will happen next? A murder? attempted murder? Let me know what you think.
