June 2007: The Houston Fire Dept. Station #41 located at 805 Pearl Street, Htn TX 77029, has done an outstanding job of servicing the residents, espcially the senior citizens in the Pleasantville community since the station was built in 1955.

In an effort to assist the fire-fighters in their emergency response time, the residents of the Pleasantville community were successful in having the railroad tracks at the Munn Street and Flagship entrances removed.

The Pleasantville Strategic Planning and Revitalization Committee would like to say "THANK YOU" to the hundreds of unsung heroes from Fire Station #41 that have worked tirelessly to save precious lives in the Pleasantville community.
THANK YOU!!!!!
