The Pinewood Manor Homeowners Association (PMHA) is formed of Officers and Board Members who are homeovners elected by the voting members. The Association maintains the landscaping of common areas, such as the entrance ways. The association seeks to provide an ongoing quality environment for all residents and a safe and friendly neighborhood for families to live.

The Constitution of Pinewood Manor Homeowners Association gives the Board Members the power to adopt, amend  policies and procedures as it deems necessary.

The objectives of the association are to promote and preserve the best interest of homeowners in the area.

Welcome to the PMHA Website!

Pinewood Manor is a wonderful neighborhood community located in Southfield, MI. Pinewood Manor has only two entrances/exits to the subdivision which minimizes traffic volume making it a safer and more private community. Pinewood Manor is located south of 13 Mile Road and east of Southfield Road.

The purpose of this website is to ensure that residents of Pinewood Manor are kept informed of the events happening in and around the community and have ready access to information related to the Association and other useful Internet resources.
