i thought we had rules against pit bull dogs being here. i had the great pleasure of meeting one in the stairwell, not on a leash, that scared the crap out of me. the pitbull is white with brown patches on the face and chest. what should be done in the future if i meet this dog without a leash again?

However, please be advised that certain information is useful and necessary for the Board of Administration to enforce the rules. The unit number where the dog is being kept is vital information in the process. Kindly, provide us with such information and we will ensure a that a friendly rules reminder is sent to the owner of the unit. Additionally, Orange County's Animal Services Division may be contacted to report a violation at 407-836-3111.  Fining may apply should the situation not be remedy from both; the County and the Condominium Association.
