hello jean52, you may want to call the property manager; mr. jim mathis at 210 344-2222 x2. he might know, if not he will call a board member for information. it's a shame we cannot call on our board members directly without having to call mr. mathis first. unless you know a board member personally, then you woul have their number. when you look up the info link from the home page the board members names and addresses are listed. they are as follows: eddie garcia 9515 maverick pass, catherine twyford 9202 sunlit point, donna matjeka 9143 victory pass, cheryl kennedy 9119 victory pass. you may want to stop by any of the members home after they get off of work, or just mr mathis. talk to your neighbors and get the word out to get more involved with our neighborhood and start using this web site. it is good to ask questions and once in awhile you may find an answer. may each day be as wonderful as you make it. laird.

Jean52,

We are in deed going to have an annual picnic this year and would love to hear ideas from our Homeowners.  We have not set a time /date as of yet.  Please send ideas through this website.  At the annual board meeting homeowners expressed wanting a mid year meeting, so this is also in the works.

Thanks again for your interest in your neighborhood.

Well before we would usually cater through grady's. That could be one option. And usually have it at St. George Maroniote Church, I know last year we had it at St. Brigids but there  was not that much seating unless the HOA would maybe get some tents for shade, and if I still remember correctly we should have some tables aside for our community and just have neighbors bring lawn chairs etc. Also have treats and beverages maybe some sandia and what about bingo? We use to do that to for some entertainment..... Also maybe have it not as early as we have been having it, maybe around 4-7? Also  are raffel for the children and adults and maybe even have a small meeting depending on the outcome of  the picnic maybe just inform our residents of any pertinent  information. Maybe offer a suggestion box for residents to address any issues are concerns...  and ask for any volenteers. One more thing post on the marquee before the picnic that anyone wishing to help set up, meet at the location at a certain time.

Thank You
