Dog pee kills grass

Pets are wonderful!  But they can be destructive.  My front lawn along the street especially the area area  the mail box and the two big trees was filled with numerous little round brown and yellow circles of dead grass killed by dog pee.  Yesterday, I completely reseeded that area and I will be d----d if I didn't look out this morning and saw a fluffy dog peeing in the area around my mailbox post.  May as well have sprayed Roundup on that area. The owner placidly stood there and allowed her dog to empty his bladder in my yard  ...  ???????????

About an hour or so later, I saw another resident not clean up after her dog crapped in a neighbors lawn.  She looked all around to see if anybody was looking and continued looking over her shoulder as she turned the corner.  I have the video on my smart phone BTW  Pet owners, please, please, please, please be responsible walking your pet.  We don't want doggie-do and little spots of dead grass in our yards.  Thank you.

I hope this does not sound sarcastic or rude in any way -

Are dogs not allowed to pee while they are being walked?  My dog pees in my yard and others while he is being walked.  I'm not sure how I could even stop this.

Why should your dog be allowed to destroy my property?  Think about that...

How did you train the dog to not pee in the house?

I trained my dog to pee in outside not in my home.  I also take my dog for walks and yes, he does pee in other's yard.  He also does the other thing too and I always pick it up.  Maybe you should have a "no peeing" sign in your yard so everyone will know not to allow their dog to pee in your yard.  This is what happens when you live in a neighborhood full of dogs.
