About our association

Objectives of PPHOA

A. To promote peace and harmony among all residents of the Perrin Park subdivision.
B. To instill a measure of pride in the community.
C. To adopt a concerned attitude so as to help protect the property of the residents from intruders, trespassers, vandals and other unwelcome destructive characters.
D. To take a course of action so as to avoid, eliminate or correct unsightly nuisances that would mar the appearance of the neighborhood.
E. To take a course of action so as to discourage or eliminate unwarranted or unnatural actions by any resident(s) or animal(s) that are considered to be disturbing to the comfort and welfare of others.
F. To offer and render assistance to those in need, especially to the widows and elderly in the neighborhood.

Membership

Membership in the Home Owners Association shall be open to "all residents" in the area designated as Perrin Park subdivision.
"All residents" includes home owners and renters. Voting rights are accorded to all members, however, only home owners may hold an elected office.

Finance

The annual dues for membership shall be twelve dollars($12.00), which is from January 1st through December 31st of the given year. New members joining the Association in mid-year, the dues may be pro-rated.
PPHOA shall be self-sustained from monies derived from membership dues or from monies derived from any fund raising activities agreed upon by the members.
