My concern is crime is Parkwood. I have lived in the area for many years and I have never seen things lke this. But my question is where are the caring people of this community? Why is it no one is taking a stand against the thugs, the crime, and the drugs? Do we think it is ok? Are we scared? Or do we just not care? No matter what your answer is there is a crisis in the neighborhood. and it is very obvious. Well I am issuing a challange.
